Let’s face it: you’ve probably asked yourself at some point, “Wait, the guy who taught me about atoms and billiard balls is still around?” The answer is yes, and he’s still awesome. Bill Nye The Science Guy remains a beloved pop-culture icon, mixing science with pure joy. Tracking his age isn’t just trivia—it’s a fun way to see how long one person can inspire generations.
The Big Number
As of 2025, Bill Nye is 69 years old. He was born on November 27, 1955, in Washington, D.C. That makes him a cool Sagittarius, always ready for adventure and big ideas.
But He Doesn’t Look That Old… Right?
That youthful energy is no accident. Nye still tours, writes books, and fights for science literacy like he did in the 1990s. His secret? A mix of optimism, regular exercise, and an unshakable belief that science can save the world. Plus, that signature bow tie doesn’t age—it just gets classier.
